WA Delegate, Election Manager and other solitary positions
Election
An election shall be held on RMB poll. A candidate can be chosen if he receives more than 50% of the vote in the first round of voting. If no candidate receives a majority, then the vote shall go to the second round with the top two candidates facing off in the second round, if no candidate receives a majority here, as the representative of the people, the prime minister has the power to choose which candidate to elect the the position.
A Prime Minister shall not be elected as the WA Delegate
The Election Manager has the discretion to remove any votes from nations that are seen as new, or puppet nation
Impeachment
Any elected official can be removed from office if 2/3 of the MP's voting in parliament vote to remove him from office. This does not include absentee votes in the calculation and can be done if a WA delegate is not carrying his job out at a standard demanded by the region.
Prime Minister and Parliament
Election
The number of seats in parliament shall be fluid and equal to 7 times the number of parties that vote in the General Election. Each party to vote in the election will get 7 seats and for the 3 month period. They shall announce which parties have won the seats at the time of each election. The prime minister shall be chosen once the parties that add up to more than 50% of MP's agree on the party in power. Only parties in the "Map" would have the authority to vote in these elections
A WA Delegate shall not be elected as the Prime Minister
Impeachment
A Prime minister can be removed if 2/3 of all MP's sign a letter of no confidence as well as a new Prime Minister which has the backing of more than 50% of MP's.
Cabinet Ministers
The prime minister can nominate anyone he wants for a cabinet position, which will need to be confirmed by more than 50% of MP's in parliament. Absentee votes do not count.
Bills
Any bill can become a law with the backing of more than 50% of the MP's that voted for it. Absentee votes do not count. They can also be repealed using the same process. A bill can be repealed by introducing a "Repeal" Bill
Election Manager
An election Manager shall be not run for office or join any party for the election he oversees.

Term 1: 1/1 - 30/6
Term 2: 1/7 - 31/12
Parliament
Term 1: 1/1 - 31/3
Term 2: 1/4 - 30/6
Term 3: 1/7 - 30/9
Term 4: 1/10 - 31/12

The incumbent Election Officer is currently Alself
If someone other than the incumbent mentions that he wants to be one, an election shall be held before the next election which is presided over by a person that isn't running
